At times, they work against your well-being. How do you connect with others while preserving your health, sanity and peace? This session will give you the tools to reshape the relationships in your life in a way that is beneficial for you. No one deserves to be the victim of abusive attachments. Understand the difference between connections and attachments. This session is for anyone thinking about becoming an independent person who chooses their commitments and is not a pawn in someone else’s life. You will learn to achieve a positive, peaceful, and confident spirit. You will prioritize your mental, emotional, and physical health when considering the relationships in your life. With practical tools, this session will make it possible to free you from toxic relationships and harmful dependence. You will regain mental and emotional independence to build only loving connections in your life.
