In this second part of the Fundamentals of Breathing set, after weeks of practicing the material from Fundamentals of breathing 1, you will discover prodigious essential techniques to bring more peace, confidence, and healing to yourself and others. You will acquire a series of breathing tools to improve your mental, physical and spiritual health. This session will give you all the essentials you need for your to grow and teach yourself. In this session, you will: - learn how to use the Complete Breath and The Wave Breath in more profound ways - develop new breathing techniques to restore and balance your energy, to improve mental clarity, to clean your lungs and nervous system, to detach from negative thoughts, people and places, and more - understand, and experience, the relationship between breath and the physical and astral bodies With Fundamentals of Breathing 1 and 2 completed, you will have enough tools to improve your mental, physical and spiritual health for a lifetime.
