The majority of illnesses are caused by food. The majority of illnesses may be cured or eased with food. A healthy diet is the way to live a better life. It may seem like changing your diet is hard. Our eating habits weave together memories, traditions, culture, and our emotions. Yet, it is possible to change the way you eat. It does not have to be painful or restrictive. As with most things, the first step is to be aware of what you do, how you do it, and what it means. In this session you will learn what a healthy diet is (and it’s not what you think), how to be rid of ingredients that harm you, and the way to eat happier without feeling like you’ve lost something. With one session, you will have enough tools to comfortably transform your meals and yourself.
