We quickly refresh basic Conscious Breathing techniques, and spend the time consciously breathing together. Weekly sessions give you a boost of fresh air and influence your day-to-day breathing with a support network. This is particularly useful for those with a busy schedule, chronic breathing issues, recovering, or difficulty establishing healthy lifestyle routines. There is nowhere else you can join a community to simply breath together. It is refreshing! The Usman Institute’s weekly Conscious Breathing calms the mind, energizes the body, inspires you to be with yourself in good company. Make breathing part of your week.
